from Brooklyn, New York, and together with my wife, Menucha, we decided to design and manufacture a Big Corkscrew, that is too big to lose, modern and sleek, and stands on its own as a centerpiece. The perfect blend of function and style.

Here’s how it started: If you’re anything like me, you come home from a long day of work and you want to pop open your favorite bottle of wine–for your guest of course– not for yourself. You wouldn't be drinking endless glasses of wine solo, would you?  You go into your kitchen searching for that little corkscrew, but you can’t find it. It’s hidden. It’s lost. It’s nowhere to be found. You tell yourself you just need a few more corkscrews around the house. You finally find a small one somewhere and open your bottle of wine.

Over time of utilizing hundreds of little corkscrews and losing them all over, I decided I had enough. Thus came along the creation of the Big Corkscrew Company. We started from scratch, and designed and manufactured this Big Corkscrew that is nearly impossible to lose, too tall to fit in most kitchen cabinets, and designed to be a charming table centerpiece. This Big Corkscrew is designed to bring you joy because you will always know, the next bottle of wine is a lot closer than you think!
